Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit with a uniquely bright and floral scented rind. Curio sources the exquisite dried zest directly from Wakayama Prefecture, Japan and blend it with sea salt from Maine to create a finishing salt that adds a burst of floral, citrus flavor to vegetables, fish or meat.
Please note: The Yuzu Salt lids have a "keep in the fridge sticker" on the top.
They will be much more aromatic and vibrant if stored in the fridge.
