Anecdote was founded by a husband and wife team (Blake and Laura Mooney) in June 2020. They were journal and planner junkies and always looked for the best way to keep track of their busy lives without having to be stuck to their phones. They felt the tried-and-true method of putting pen to paper always kept them motivated, productive and happier. In late 2019 they decided to start their own Planner and Journal company and the rest is history.
